Most of the Haul Rite trailer lights will need to be replaced because they have a sealed housing to allow the lights to be submerged. There are some that do allow bulb replacement like the Wesbar # 403026, but that has a very simple to access light bulb. I've attached a video to assist.

I recommend replacing them with LED options like the Optronics Waterproof, Over 80" LED Trailer Light Kit # TLL160RK. This will give you a sealed light that won't need bulb replacement and has a significantly lower power draw for function.
