The Combo Bar 12" with 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # E-11 will work with a 4 bike rack for your vehicle if you have proper mounting and welding done.

My recommendation is to instead use the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver 2" # 306-X7192 which is confirmed to fit. You can then use the Thule Hitching Post # TH934XTR or any of the other Thule 4 bike racks I've linked.

If the rack you choose does not come with locks, I recommend the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device # THSTL2 and cable lock # e98891.

If you use a hanging style rack, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Women's, Children's, and Alternative Frame Bikes # 64005 and Softride straps # SR54FR to secure the front wheel to the bike frame.
