What is the overall retracted length from handle to foot plate / need it to work in a close area for stabilizer jacks for my tractor and car trailer

The overall retracted height of the Bulldog jack part # BD171401 that you mentioned from bottom of the jack to the top of the handle is 15-1/4 inches.
