What is the flow rate? How many minutes will it take for 38 gallons to flow through?

The Connector Kit for DeeZee Truck Bed Auxiliary Tank - Later Model Chevy/GMC, Dodge, and Ford # DZ97960 has a flow rate that is very slow. A customer stated that with the kit alone it takes about 10 minutes to transfer 1 gallon of diesel fuel due to the 90 degree angle.
