Question:
Is there a coupling available that would allow you to attach two pieces of the red ail line together? Firestone bag air hose couplings?

It sounds like you are looking for the Firestone Union Connector for 1/4" Tubing # F3079-1. It is used to connect two 1/4" air line tubes and allows for a quick disconnect without having to cut the line.
This comes in a quantity of 1 but we also have part # F3079 which is the same thing but in a quantity of 10.
