What size diameter are the terminals?... What size ring terminals need to be used on them?

The terminals on the interior of the Pollak 10-Terminal Junction Box are size 10, or .190 of an inch.
You would need a ring terminal suitable for a # 10 stud for a 10-12 gauge wire.
