Weight Distribution System for Trailer with Covered A-Frame
Question:
First: my truck 2018 F-150 Raptor has a 2inch hitch. Second: I measured the length of the tongue that extends out from the tip of the A-frame which is covered by the trailer after i got home Fri. night and it is 27inch exactly. Third and last would be that i would rather not drill holes in through the if I didnt have to.

The Pole-Tongue Adapter for Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution Systems part # EQ95-01-5950 is designed to be used on straight-tongue trailers and would not work with your a-frame trailer. Since you said that the tongue of your a-frame is covered by the nose of the trailer you will want to consider a system that uses chains and attaches directly to the sides of the frame rails rather than clamping around them.
For this, I recommend the Strait-Line Weight Distribution w Sway Control part # RP66075. In order to use this system on your trailer you will need a shank part # RP54998, frame brackets part # RP58305, and hitch ball part # 63840. If you can send me a photo of the tongue on your trailer, I would be happy to clarify compatibility but this will be the best option we have for you if the nose of the trailer is indeed covering the a-frame.
