Question:

Does your Blue Ox Base Plate Item # BX1133 work with a ReadyBruteElite Tow Bar? I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Winter Edition which, based on the information on your site, appears to work with the BX1133 Base Plate but i need to make sure it will work with the ReadyBruteElite Tow Bar Im thinking of buying. Thanks for any help you can offer.

The Blue Ox Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # BX1133 is compatible with your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Winter Edition. It is also compatible with the Ready Brute Elite tow bar when you use the adapter bracket # BX88297. This will work with the integrated Ready Brake system.

For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles # HM56200 which will plug directly into the factory wiring harness behind your tail lights.

For your safety cables, I recommend the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables # RM-643.

Finally, I recommend a high-low adapter to help you tow your vehicle at the proper height. I've attached a link to your options and have attached an article to assist in measuring for proper fit.
