For your 2009 Nash 21-5R 5th Wheel Trailer, I recommend using the Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 13703 which fits trailers that have frame rails spaced between 22" - 72" apart. This hitch has a Class III rating with a 2" receiver tube opening which allows for up to a 3,500 lb gross trailer weight (GTW) and a 350 tongue weight (GTW). If you will be using the hitch for any non-towing applications like a bike rack then you will also need to use the support strap part # 18050 in order to abide by Curt's warranty.
I have attached a review and sample install video of the hitch for you as well.
