Question:

I tow A 18foot flat deck car hauler with a 1994 Land Cruiser/ rock crawler on it. The Cruiser has 37inch tires on it. Would this chock and a over the tire strap be suitable for this set up. Or maybe just the Chock as A stop and use my current axle straps to tie it down. I have added a large tool box a cross the front of my trailer and need a way to stop the Cruiser just short of the tool box and safely keep it from moving foreword into the box.

You could use chock # EM09162-2 with a wheel strap such as # EM58523 but considering the size of the tires on your 1994 Land Cruiser rock crawler I would not use this as the primary method of securing the vehicle to the trailer. I like the idea of using the chock as a chock and still using axle straps much better.
