Will these 10” Nev-R-Adjust Electric breaks work with a 17” wheel?

Dexter Nev-R-Adjust 10 x 2-1/4-inch Electric Trailer Brake Kit # 23-468-469 will work with 13-, 14- and 15-inch trailer wheels. It is not compatible with 17-inch wheels.

Self-adjusting electric drum brakes that are compatible with 17-inch wheels are shown on the linked page. These are rated for use with axles having 7K to 15K weight ratings. Note that these are all larger diameter and wider brakes that the 10 x 2-1/4-inch Dexter kit.

Be sure to choose a kit based on your axle weight rating, which can usually be found on the axle safety sticker, and your hub drum dimensions. See the linked photo, please. Also note the brake mounting bolt pattern on your spindles.
