Im looking for a lippert solid step for a 24inch doorway opening with a ground to threshold of 32

Based on your doorway width and your ground-to-threshold dimension you can use the Lippert Solid Step Manual Fold-Down Step # LC698799. This works for doorways that are 24 inches wide and that have a height of 27- to 36-inches. Weight capacity is 400-lbs.
You will need to supply your own mounting hardware or re-use the original hardware.
