Locating VIN on Late 1960s or Early 1970s Fan Styler Liner Camper

Where to find VIN number on late 60s or early 70s Fan Style Liner camper that is 20-21ft.

A trailer's VIN is typically found somewhere on the trailer tongue, near the coupler. If you do not see any information there, I recommend simply examining the trailer frame for any numbers that you might find stamped into the frame or possibly a sticker (although a sticker is likely worn off by now on your camper).
If you examine the trailer and cannot find anything, you may be able to have a new VIN assigned to the trailer by your State Police. This can vary from state to state, so you will simply need to check with your State Police or DOT to see if this is possible.

On my 1975 Fan Lee Line 600 I did locate a VIN. What I cannot locate is the empty weight of the trailer (vs approx total weight of 5225) the former I need for a new state title. Even the factory sales docs show a variety of specs but exclude this one. Hitch weight is listed at 680 lbs. Any clues or calculatoins I can use to determine this? I've researched on the web but so far unable to locate. Any info appreciated.
