The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TFR250SDG is the part number you are looking for and is compatible with 2011-2014 Ford F-250 and F-350 models as well as 2015-2016 Ford F-250 models. This kit comes with the proper brackets and hardware needed.
