Is this normal for the Timbren not to be centered over the axle plate?

It's not super common that the Timbrens like the # TFR250SDG aren't centered above the axle plate like what you have but we do see it occasionally. In your situation it appears as if there is possibly an alignment issue with your rear axle based on how one side is forward and the other to the rear. Does truck track straight?
