We do have a large selection of trailer tail lights that may work as replacements for your 2001 Featherlite Horse Trailer.

Based on your description and some pictures I found online of this trailer, the Optronics LED Trailer Tail LIghts w/ Grommet # TLL12RK may be a good option. This is a set of 2 oval trailer light lights with red lenses that include black grommets like what you mentioned. They measure 7-9/16 inches long, 2-3/4 inches tall, and 3/4 inches deep. I recommend taking a few measurements on your current assemblies to see if these will be a good fit. Otherwise, if you can tell me the dimensions of the lights you are replacing, I will be happy to see if we have something else that will work. You may be able to find a part/model number for the lights somewhere within the housing that will also be helpful.

The Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 that you also referenced will do a great job of securing the interior of your trailer. It features a sturdy steel construction and can be keyed alike if you need more than one (just select the "Keyed Alike" option on the product page drop-down menu). The lock measures 3.47 inches wide, 4.28 inches tall, and fits doors that are 1-1/4 inches to 1-1/2 inches thick.
