Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4, 2inch Hitches - Frame Mount I have a step through Bike with fenders. Would this rack be secure, since there is no crossbar on my bike. TY

When using a platform style bike carrier like the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider 2 2-Bike Platform Rack with a bike that has a step-thru type frame design all you need to do is add a bike adapter bar such as # 64005.

The adapter bar connects to the handlebar stem and seat post to provide an equivalent to a standard bike's top frame tube. This makes for easy and secure loading of your step-thru frame bike.

If you like you might add the anti-rattle bike and hitch lock kit # HRLHPTC which allows securing both the bikes and the rack.
