According to the owner's manual for a 2006 Kia Rio, this vehicle can be dolly towed with the front two wheels off the ground and flat-towed with all four wheels on the ground. According to the owner's manual for a 2007 Toyota Rav4, this vehicle can be dolly towed with either the front two or rear two wheels off the ground but cannot be flat-towed with all four wheels on the ground. According to the owner's manual for a 2006 Honda Civic, this vehicle can be dolly towed with the front two wheels off the ground and flat-towed with all four wheels on the ground.
For future reference, if you look in the owner's manual for a vehicle under the recreational, emergency, or dinghy towing section this will lay out all the information needed to determine how the vehicle should be towed. For a tow dolly, I recommend the Roadmaster Tow Dolly part # RM-2050-1 which will work well for you as long as the above vehicles do not have wheels larger than 16" in diameter. This dolly has everything you need to hit the road except a 7-way trailer connector. It has electric brakes, self-steering wheels, and all the required lighting.
I have attached a review video of the above tow dolly for you as well.
