Do the 2017 Chevy Impala receiver hitches fit on the dual exhaust Impala Premier?

The Impala Premier models do have a similar fit to the other models. I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 36538 for your 2017 Impala Premier which is a confirmed fit. It is a Class II hitch receiver that will give you the support needed and allow for the dual exhaust pipes.
If you will be towing, I recommend the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118590 which installs behind your tail lights. You will then run a wire to your battery to power the harness and protect your vehicle electronics from possible overload. I've attached an article to assist with routing this power wire.
For a ball mount, I recommend # 36061 along with a hitch ball like # 19258 for a 2 inch or # 19257 for a 1-7/8 inch option.
