  • Best Trailer Hitch Receiver for a 1999 Buick LeSabre
We currently only have one trailer hitch receiver for your 1999 Buick LeSabre which is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 36216. This option will give you a Class II hitch with a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening. I have attached an installation video on a similar 1997 Buick LeSabre for you as well. If you can tell me what you will be using the hitch for I would be glad to offer some additional recommendations for you as well.

  • Trailer Hitch and Wiring Recommendation for 2014 Chevy Impala
We have hitches that fit your 2014 Chevy Impala like the Draw Tite Class II hitch part # 36543 which is what I recommend. It installs easily and also gives you a mostly hidden solution. This is a bolt on hitch that does not require any welding. For trailer wiring our most reliable option is the Tekonsha # 118590 which I recommend for you. For a ball mount the # 36061 is the required part number and then for a ball # 19257.

  • Fit of Draw-Tite 36635 Class II Trailer Hitch on 2021 Volkswagen Atlas SE
According to the fine folks at Draw-Tite, their # 36635 Class II hitch fits all models of the 2021 VW Atlas except the Cross Sport model. If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you'll need a few additional items to complete your towing system. For a trailer wiring harness, use # C56383. For a ball mount, use # 36061 along with # 19256 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # 19258 for a 2 inch ball. I've linked to install details for the hitch and the wiring harness as well as...

  • What is the Correct trailer Ball Size to Work With the Draw-Tite # 36061 Drawbar
Yes, the # 19256 Hitch Ball has a 3/4 of an inch thread shank. This ball will work with the Draw-Tite Class II Drawbar, # 36061.

  • Will Draw-Tite Class II Receiver Hitch # 36548 Fit a 2011 Dodge Charger R/T
Any of the hitches we offer for the 2011 Charger will fit most models, including the R/T model. We have found that installing the hitch on dual exhaust models involves temporarily removing the muffler on the drivers side. On models that have dual exhaust tips on each side (for a total of 4), the muffler will be welded, instead of being clamped into place. This makes removing the muffler impossible, therefore the hitch CANNOT be installed. If your Charger only has the single exhaust tip...

  • Recommended Drawbar for Volvo 2001 V70 XC
Width usually isn't a consideration when it comes to choosing a drawbar. Folks are typically concerned about getting a drawbar that places the trailer ball at the proper height so the trailer is level when it's being towed. I'll link you to our FAQ article about ball mounts/drawbars. If by width, you're speaking of the hitch receiver size the drawbar is meat to fit into, the hitches we offer for the 2001 Volvo V70 are Class II, which use the 1-1/4 by 1-1/4 receiver (inside dimension of...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch Receiver For 2005 Chevrolet Impala
I have another option for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13315 you were looking at is only confirmed to fit select Mazda CX-5's. There is not a class III hitch available for your 2005 Chevrolet Impala so I recommend the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class II - 1-1/4" # 36407. This hitch has a 300lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating so it will be perfect for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or even a ball...

  • Will Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch # 36262 Fit a 1999 Volvo V70R All Wheel Drive AWD Model
Yes, the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch, # 36262, will fit your 1999 Volvo V70R all wheel drive model. I have included a link to the installation instructions below. If you plan on towing with this hitch, I recommend a drawbar, hitch ball, and wiring to complete your towing set up. For a drawbar, the recommended part is # 36061, for use with hitch ball # 19256 (1-7/8 inch diameter) or # 19258 (2 inch diameter). For wiring, you would need 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit, # C59496. i have included...

As long as the combined weight of the jet ski and trailer does not exceed either of those capacities it will be able to tow the load. I have included a link to the installation instructions for you to view. I have included a video of this hitch's installation on a 2005 Lexus ES 330. • What is the Distance from the Ground to Top of the Ball on a 2006 Volvo XC70
I do have some measurements using Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 36297. On a vehicle we installed hitch # 36297 on, the hitch measured 11 inches from the ground to the top of the receiver. Keep in mind this is not the same model vehicle and there are bound to be differences in ride height so these measurements should serve as a general guide. Then, when using the correct ball mount, # 36061, as indicated by the hitch manufacturer in the proper rise position, add another 3-1/8 inches to that...

I have included a link to the installation instructions that include a drawing that should give you a good idea of where the hitch will be position once installed. • How to Determine the Rise/Drop of Class I Ball Mounts
There's some specific measurements to take to determine the rise/drop of ball mount you need. Measure from the inside top of the receiver tube to the ground. Then, with the trailer jacked so that it's level, measure the distance from the underside of the coupler to the ground. The difference between the two measurements is the rise/drop needed. If the coupler height is taller than that of the receiver, you'll need a ball mount with a rise. If the coupler height is smaller than that of the...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch And Trailer Wiring For 2017 Chevrolet Impala Premier
I recommend the Draw-Tite # 36538 trailer hitch for two reasons. First, the Curt hitch # C12115 requires trimming of the underbody trim panel. And second, the Curt hitch requires the use of a stabilizing strap like part # 18050 when using the hitch for any non-trailer items like bike racks and cargo carriers. Both trailer hitches are visible, but the Curt hitch may be a little less visible because of the underbody trimming. The # 36538 hitch requires no drilling for installation. This...

  • Trailer Hitch Receiver to Fit 2016 Chevrolet Impala Limited

They both have a maximum gross trailer weight of 3,000 pounds and a maximum tongue weight of 300 pounds. The Curt does require the use of a stabilization strap, part # 18050, in order to be in compliance with their warranty whenever carrying non-trailer loads. For this reason I suggest the Draw-Tite. If you're going...

  • Trailer Hitch with Best Ground Clearance for a 2011 Toyota Sienna
At most, the 2011 Toyota Sienna can tow 3,500 pounds and to reach that it must have the V6 motor and the factory towing package. If it has the V6 but not the towing package it is limited to 1,500 pounds. And if it has the 4 cylinder motor it can tow only 1,000 pounds. Based on these figures you are not giving up anything by using a Class II, 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch such as # 36513 and this hitch will provide slightly better ground clearance than the Class III hitches.
