Question:
I have a trailer with an odd rim specification. The rim is for 13 a inch tire with the center opening measuring 2.65 inches and a four bolt pattern with 4 inches between holes hole to hole across diameter. Can you help me?

I believe I can help you. The rim size you have does not seem odd. We have numerous rims with the 4 on 4 bolt pattern for 13 inch tires. The center hole or pilot diameter is smaller than the ones on the wheels we carry. The only reason this would be a factor is if the wheels center on the hub using the pilot hole OR if the axle diameter is larger than the pilot hole.
If the wheel is centered on the hub using the lug nuts, then having a larger pilot diameter is not a problem.
In order to determine which you have, you have to look at how the wheel attaches to the hub. If it uses wheel bolts, like # RG02-020, then it is centered on the hub using the pilot hole. If it uses lug nuts, like # CE11051, then it is centered using the wheel studs and nuts and you will be able to use any or our 4 on 4 wheels for 13 inch tires like # AM20222DX.
