In order to recommend the correct set of tire chains for the dual rear wheels on your 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 I would need to know which size tires you have. The 2005 Dodge Ram 3500's came from the factory with the following tire sizes:

235/80-17
245/70-17
265/70-17
285/70-17
305/40-22

Once you can confirm your tire size I would be glad to see which chain would be best for you.

According to the owner's manual for your 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 tire chains can be used on both the front and rear wheels as long as they are of a Class U construction. As long as you have at least 1.97 inches of wheel well clearance with the chains installed they they will meet Class U specifications. The easiest set of tire chains to install that we have for your vehicle with dual rear wheels will be one's that drape over both tires instead of attaching to each of them individually. For this I recommend using the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains for Dual Tires part # TC4821 which have a v-bar pattern, ladder style, and 5.5 mm link thickness. In order to keep the chains evenly tensioned you will also want to use a set of the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster part # TCMA2 on both outside tires. I have attached an install video of the above chains on a similar truck for you as well.
