Thank you very much! I have one more question: How much do each of those two sets of chains weigh? We want the lightest we can get.

We have dually tire chain setups for your tire size of 245/75-17 like the Titan Twist Link set part # TC4231 which will work really well, but since cable setups are more designed for emergency use they aren't typically used on heavier duty vehicles like duallys. They don't typically last very long so I wouldn't recommend that route for yours with a cab over camper.
The twist link setup I mentioned is a great choice if you want a smoother ride quality and the V-bars part # TC4831 are great for icy conditions as the V-bars break up the ice well.
