If I go with permanent bed rails which brand do you recommend for the Patriot hitch.

We can easily help you install the B and W Patriot Fifth Wheel hitch # BWRVK3200 in the bed of your 2017 Ford F-250 long bed but we do not have the rail kit part number you mentioned.
Instead you would need the Reese rail kit part # RP50074-58 which is a confirmed fit for your truck and provides the same rails that the Patriot is designed to fit. This is a custom install kit too which means it will install in half the time as a universal kit and will minimize drilling.
