what weight rating does part #BWRVR3200 have , will it withstand a 22 thousand pound gvw ?

Fifth wheel rail kits like the B and W part # BWRVR3200 don't have independent weight capacities but B and W (and other manufacturers) state that the rail kits have the same weight capacity as the hitch that's installed in the kit.
So if you had a 22k hitch installed in the rails like the Reese part # RP30033 you'd have the 22k capacity you mentioned.
