Question:

I purchased the Swagman TC2 bike rack, your stock number 64650 from you last year. I have not used it yet. I want to put it on our 33 ft travel trailer rear bumper but when I received it the instructions said it could not be used on a trailer. The bumper is a 4 inch boxed bumper. Will this rack work? If not what one can I use?

I have a solution for you, but unfortunately the Swagman XC2, part # S64650 isn't approved for RV use.

Instead, I recommend Swagman's 4-inch bumper rack, part # S64663 which is designed for trailer bumper use. This rack includes a 4-inch steel bumper mount or can be used directly in a standard 2-inch hitch instead.

Another great option is the Swagman E-Spec, part # S94FR. This is a traditional 2-inch hitch mounted rack that includes bike and hitch locks. The rack has an integrated anti-rattle device for added stability while the vehicle is in motion.
