could I use this kit on one wheel of each axle?

Instead of splitting the wheel chocks and straps of one Erickson ATV E-Track Tie-Down Kit # EM09160 across the ATV's two axles I suggest using two kits. The modest price of this Erickson tie-down kit means using two will not cost too much, but doing so will not only provide a much bigger safety margin relative to the weight of your ATV, but also allow that at other times when you're using the trailer for standard cargo items you will have multiple attachment points you can use along with other strap products like # EM59136.

You will select your own installation hardware based on the material and thickness of the mounting surface on (or inside) the trailer. I recommend using either galvanized steel or stainless steel hardware to ensure resistance to corrosion. A backing plate # e96RR is available to ensure a very stable installation on a range of trailer deck materials, including steel grid decks. Use one backing plate for each wheel chock.
