To determine the best Weight Distribution (WD) system for your towing setup you will want to choose a system with a Tongue Weight (TW) range that the Total Tongue Weight (TTW) of your towing setup falls in the middle of. To find the TTW of your towing setup you will need to add the TW of your fully loaded and ready-to-go trailer along with the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle. Keep in mind that a properly loaded trailer will have a TW that is 10-15% of the loaded weight of your trailer.
If the 600 lb TW that you mentioned is with the trailer loaded then the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37100ET would be a great option since it has a TW range of 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs.
However if you will have your trailer loaded to the GVWR of 7,500 lbs then your TW should be between 750 lbs - 1,125 lbs. This same WD system could work for you, but if you are on the higher end of that weight range you will want to go with the system # EQ37120ET instead. This system has a TW range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs.
Both systems include a 2-5/16" hitch ball. Since there is limited room to install the hitch ball a thin walled socket like part # EQ70-00-4800 is recommended for the installation.
I have attached some review videos for you to reference.

I too have a Grand Design 2600RB on order. I was looking at the Curt hitch on your site. The equalizer hitch that you suggested seems pretty pricey. Can you recommend a Curt model ?
