We do have some heavy duty air springs for the suspension on your 2016 Ford E-350.

The Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs # AL88138 fit both the 2WD and 4WD models of your E-350 and will provide excellent support to your current suspension system.

These have a lead-leveling capacity of up to 5,000 lbs and feature internal jounce bumpers to improve ride comfort, reduce sway, and help with cornering. Please note that any suspension enhancement is designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working condition and that it will never increase the weight limit of the vehicle.

I also recommend installing a dual path compressor system like the Analog # AL25856 or WirelessAIR # AL74000 as either one will negate the need to find an air compressor when air is needed, plus they will allow you to control how the air bags work independently from each other.
