Question:

Thanks for the prompt reply. What is the difference between the Cab-c5g and the c5g1216? Is it just that one is adjustable?

For your Ford F-350 with flatdeck with fold down ball gooseneck, I recommend the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045. This will give you a 5th wheel hitch that will fit your Seitz pin box. I've attached a video to assist.

There are other adapters available like the Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter # CAB-C5G if you prefer to add a gooseneck style adapter to your pin box. Many manufacturers will not warranty the pin box when you use this an adapter like this, but they do function well. I've attached some videos to assist.

A final option if you don't have a recessed gooseneck hitch is to use the Reese Goose Box 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Air Ride Coupler Adapter - Lippert 1716 # RP94716-61301 which I believe will fit. If you give me your bolt measurements I can confirm for you. I've also attached an article to assist. This will give you a gooseneck attachment to your pin box along with the air spring suspension for a smooth ride.

The Convert-A-Ball Cushioned 5th-Wheel-to-Gooseneck Adapter w/ Offset - 12" to 16" Tall # CAB-C5GX1216 will give you an offset for shorter bed trucks. Depending on the length of your flatdeck, you may want to use an offset adapter to give you that additional clearance for turning. This adapter normally will not work with a recessed hitch ball if you have that. Another option for an offset adapter is the Ranch Hitch # AM3139. This adapter does not have any cushioning, but is also a sturdy adapter. I've linked the page to all your options to assist. This will have the same issue with a recessed gooseneck hitch, but either will work well if it is above the bed.
