For your trailer, the dry tongue weight of the trailer would leave many to go to the smaller system. What you need to consider is the total tongue weight, because that is what you need for a weight distribution system. This is the weight of your trailer tongue (when fully loaded) along with any cargo weight behind the rear axle of your Flex. Most people when towing will carry something in the cargo area of their vehicle and many don't know that actually adds to the total tongue weight that a WD system will carry.
I recommend the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution w/ 2-Point Sway Control # FA92-00-0600 which will give you that total tongue weight capacity range between 250 and 600 lbs. Ideally you want to fall in the middle of that range when loaded, so this system will work very well for you. Even completely unloaded, this system will work well for your application.
You will also want # EQ91-00-6080 for a 2 inch hitch ball or # EQ91-00-6100 for a 2-5/16 inch diameter hitch ball, whichever will match your coupler. You will also need a thin walled socket to assist with that installation. I recommend # ALL643216 over the brand name # EQ70-00-4800
