Does 8880580 come with anti-rattle 5/8 nut and retainer? and only need Y8890200 bolt pin to secure?

The Replacement Tongue # 8880580 does not come with a hitch pin or the nut/retainer. You'd need the part # Y8890200 and the # 8890260 which is the retainer and nut.
