Does B and W Patriot and Companion Hitch Head Fit Same Hitch Base

Question:

Will the hitch head from a Patriot slider base fit the bwrvb3405 base? I had purchased the BandW Patriot last year because of the rail mount. I have purchased a different truck which already has the BandW under bed system so I am needing the companion -in system.

The Patriot head is different from the Companion head. I wish I could tell you they were interchangeable but they are not. You'd have to upgrade to a slider Companion hitch like part # BWRVK3400 if your plan is to install a Companion slider hitch in the bed of a truck with a B and W gooseneck hitch.
