The Roadmaster Rollaway Trailer Hitch Protector, # RM-050, will fit the trailer hitch on your 2010 Toyota Sienna since it has a 2 inch receiver opening. Most 2 inch trailer hitches have the same outer dimensions, but there are a few rare cases with OEM hitches on trucks that have an extra large receiver design so it will not fit those.
Another factor is the placement of safety chain loops. If the tabs come off the sides, you would most likely not be able to install the trailer hitch roller, but you should be able to install it if the tabs come down below the hitch as long as the loops do not go out further than the hitch pin hole.
If you have trailer hitch 78720, which is the same as our # 75237, it will fit. I went out to the warehouse and tested the two parts together and they are compatible.
