When replacing tires, you will want to make sure that if you go to a different size that the new size will fit. You will need to measure around the existing tire to see how much clearance there is between the tire and trailer frame and fenders if so equipped. If the new size is larger than the clearance you have, the new size will not fit. This is generally not a concern when going with a smaller tire.
A 205/60-10 tire is going to by 8.077 inches wide and 19.69 inches tall. The closest match we have is a 205/65-10, like # AM1HP56, that you have referenced. This tire will be a little wider at 8.4 inches and a little taller at 20.4 inches. So you will need to measure to determine if this size will fit.
For load range, it depends on what the axle is rated for. The tire listed above is rated for 1,650 pounds. Two of these would work well on a single axle trailer rated for 3,000 pounds. You should be able to find the capacities on a metal plate or sticker on the trailer frame.
The 205/65-10 is the only 10 inch tire size we currently offer.
