The difference between the Camco RV Power Defender 30 amp, part # CAM55312 and the Camco RV Power Defender 50 amp, part # CAM55313 is the amperage that they work on.
The 50 amp variant is built for higher power drawing RVs, while the 30 amp is designed for lower power RV's. You'll want to match your particular plugs and required amperage to your RV when choosing which product to buy.
