Can you use this with a Tesla Model S Car to charge at a campsite??

The Tesla charging systems have three grades. Levels 1-3. Level 1 is a 15 amp style of power source like what the # CAM55142 provides so this could be used as a charge wire.
You should note that Level 1 charges provide 2 miles of range per hour.
