Your best pick for your Pedego Interceptors is the RockyMounts Backstage, part # RKY10002. This rack can handle up to two 60 pound bikes with wheels up to 5 inches wide, more than enough to handle your interceptors.
The Backstage has the ability to swing away from the rear of your vehicle, allowing for access while the bikes are installed. It also includes rack and hitch locks, and an improved anti-rattle knob that helps the rack be more stable overall.
I've included a video review of the rack so you can get a better idea of how the rack works in action and how its various features work.
