Got a CR-017F unit for my 2016 Ford Escape Nice unit but 1 - Get a Bub failed message 2 -Disable back up camera warnings 3 -Turn Signal flashes 2 time the speed as normal Is there a Work Around . I would be happy with just tail light working on unit Thanks For Time and Help

The issue you are facing is the hyperflashing and lower capacity issue with LED lights. If you have the factory tow package then you just need the Trailer Connector Adapter w/ Lamp-Out Sensor Bypass - 7-Way RV to 7-Way RV - Vehicle End # 20142 along with the 4 way adapter you are already utilizing.
If you only have the 4-way connection, then you will add the LED Light Bulb Load-Resistor Kit # DI34ZR to each wire function you desire to use. This will give you a resistance similar to an incandescent bulb to prevent hyperflashing and lamp out light sensor from showing connection issue.
