What cut-out size in the floor is needed to mount this to a trailer?

I went out to the warehouse to measure the CargoBuckle G3 # IMF18804 that you referenced and found that at the longest and widest points the base measured 9-7/8" x 6-9/16". The base measures about 4-1/2" deep so you will want to make sure that it will sit properly when installed.
I have attached a photo to demonstrate the length and width dimensions I mentioned.
