Installation of Demco Stay-In-Play DUO in 2007 Hummer H3

Question:

Having difficulty finding suitable location for controller box installation on 2007 Hummer H3. Drivers left side not feasible as it will block emergency break pedal. Passenger side console installation will block glove box from opening. Any other suggestions?

If you don't have room installing the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251 near the emergency brake pedal, I recommend trying lower to offer emergency brake pedal clearance. If it still won't work then it is recommended to install on the console side of the passenger seat in a similar way with the sticker facing the passenger and the switch facing the rear of the vehicle. If those areas will not work for your 2007 Hummer H3, then I recommend trying the console further back next to the passenger seat. The installation details state the orientation requirements, but as long as those are followed you shouldn't have issue with the function.
