I an trying to confirm this will fit my 4wd 4.7 v8 4runner I want the t Connect system as part of it 2003 4runner

For your 2003 Toyota 4Runner, the Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 7-Way Trailer Connector # HM11141855 is not the correct fit as it only fits 2010-2014 model years. Instead you will want the Hopkins Multi-Tow 7-Way Blade and 4-Way Flat Trailer Connector w/ Mounting Bracket - Toyota # HM43374 which is a confirmed fit if you have the factory 7-way.

If you do not have the factory 7-way, then you will need the Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit with 4 Pole Trailer Connector (Includes Install Kit) # C59236. If you want to upgrade to a 7-way, then you will need the # ETBC7 as well.
