Question:
I want to mount these on the side of my trailer in-line just above the wheel wells so that i can see the trailer when backing up in the dark. What additional parts do I need to mount and connect the lights?

In order to install the Optronics Sealed Micro-Flex Thin Line LED Trailer Marker # MCL63AB on your trailer, you will need to add a bracket and wire harness, such as the Black Bracket with Single Wire # A65PB or the Gray Bracket and Single Wire Plug # A66PB. The choice between the two brackets is simply based on color preference, as they will wire and install the same way.
The bracket will ground through its hardware, so it just needs a single wire to power the light. You will want to splice the power wire to the running light circuit wire on your trailer, which is typically brown in color. I do recommend verifying this with a circuit tester like # PTW2993, as it's very possible your trailer uses different color wires.
I have attached a few video demonstrations on these products that you can also take a look at.
