If you need to better secure the bumper itself on your Coleman camper, it may require torqueing bolts or even welding. Once it is secure, there are a few bike racks that are designed to connect to the bumper. I recommend the Swagman Platform-Style 2 Bike Rack for 2" Hitches or RV Bumpers # S64663 because it gives you the option of use in a receiver of a vehicle and actually adds the receiver style mount to your 4 inch bumper. I've attached a video of this bike carrier to assist. Locks are not included with this carrier, so I recommend using the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable for Swagman Bike Racks w/ 2" Shanks - 8-1/2' Long # S64030 to secure your bikes and the rack itself.
If you need a 4 bike carrier option, then the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack # S80600 is your best option. This carrier will require straps like # 05605 and a cable lock like # e98891.
