When used on a UTV to carry game, I recommend the Viking Solutions Tilt-N-Go II Hauler and Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - 300 lbs # 310-VTG002. This carrier allows you the option of moving the game to your UTV.
If you just want a basic folding carrier, then I recommend the 19x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs # C18109.
With either option, you may want the Erickson Cam Buckle Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 5-1/2' - 300 lbs - Qty 4 # 05605 to secure your game to your carrier.
