Replacement Tail Light for 2009 Ranger Boat Trailer

I have an 09 Ranger dual axle trailer. I busted one of the rear 2inch brake/clearance lightsred. Can the grommet style light replace a flanged style light? I have a 3 screw flange for what is currently installed. Thanks for the help.

Sometimes it is possible to replace a broken trailer light with one that uses a different type of installation but since we offer a very wide range of lights you may very well be able to find an exact OEM-style replacement. It sounds like you have a light like # STL42RB which has a 3-hole mounting flange.
I linked our main page for trailer tail lights of all shapes and sizes. On the page you can simply click on the filters for light shape, light type (LED or standard bulb), lens color, etc, You can even select lights based on mounting type (pedestal, recessed or surface-mount) and dimensions. Grommets are used with recessed-mount lights like # STL55RB; this light uses grommet # A45GB.
Most trailer light part numbers appear on the light base (NOT on the lens) so if you can check the original light you may be able to find brand and/or part number information.
