Can the Dexstar AM20304 rim be used on a 1966 Satellite to match existing rims?

As long as the bolt pattern (5 on 4-1/2 inches) and offset (+.5 inches) fit then it should work. I would certainly double check your measurements and keep in mind that this wheel is for 14 inch tires. I have also attached an article on determining bolt patterns that will help. Otherwise, you should be good to go.
