Question:

I am looking for a set of u bolts that will fit a 3” tall x 2” wide “square”, but more like rectangle, trailer axle with 4 leaf 4000lb double eye leaf springs already purchased from etrailer. I would prefer the bolts be zinc plated as this is a boat trailer. The way I figure it the bolts need to be at least 6” long after adding in spring height, tie plate, and nut/washer. Please let me know your recommendations.

I looked up your order and the 6-Leaf Double-Eye Spring part # e27SR you have is about 1-1/2" thick. Since you axle is 3" tall you would need a u-bolt that is at least 4-1/2" tall. Therefore, I recommend taking a look at the Replacement U-Bolt part # UBZC12X212X525 which is 5-1/4" long x 2-1/8" wide. This u-bolt is zinc plated and for the correct lock-nut you will want to use part # 12ZLN.
