Hello, everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer. Today, we're gonna take a look at the RV Designer 6-Way Socket and Boot. Now, this is gonna create a dependable trailer wiring connection with this 6-way socket and boot. Now, 6-way wiring harnesses are commonly used on gooseneck and horse trailers. The 6-way will provide the required running lights, turn signals, brake lights, and ground for the trailer, and it'll also provide two additional pins, a brake controller output and a 12 volt hot lead. This is a sturdy nylon construction, provides durability.
If you noticed the cover, it has a die-cast zinc spring-loaded dust cover to help keep the round pin socket clean when not in use. And on the very back, you'll notice this rubber boot, we can twist it off, you'll put this onto the wiring. Make your wiring connections, slide this up, and it'll cover up your connection points from any dirt or debris. But that's gonna do it for a look at the RV Designer 6-Way Socket and Boot.
