To tow with your 1999 Fleetwood Bounder Motorhome, you will need an RV rated trailer hitch receiver. For your application I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 18" to 51" Wide # C13702. This won't be capable of towing a 7,000 lb trailer, but it is rated for trailers up to 6,000 lbs when using weight distribution. This is the strongest RV hitch we carry.

For your ball mount, I recommend the etrailer kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mount draw bars; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
